He is familiar with securities law, corporate finance, public company rules and regulations as well as various governance and compliance issues. As a businessman, he has held positions at the top executive level and been an advisor to both private and public corporations. Most of these companies were international in scope and involved in a broad variety of businesses including telecommunications, oil exploration, environmental technologies, mining and metals processing.
