Cindy Penn - Director Government Programs
Cindy has 15 years of experience developing and implementing strategic sales plans for electronic payment products. She has been responsible for acquiring and managing national account portfolios as well as identifying new market opportunities and optimizing sales of new products. With a strong knowledge of both card-based payment solutions and transaction management, and comprehensive experience marketing affinity programs. Cindy has designed and directed successful loyalty and rewards program models to promote non- profit organizations and community projects.

In 2007, Cindy managed strategic planning for community initiatives in Puget Sound, Cleveland and Boston, including creating alliances with highly visible civic groups, program branding, consumer and business member enrollment and market expansion to increase transaction volume and redirect thousands of dollars for sustainable local economic development and charitable giving. Cindy is currently leading the development of a program designed to generate sustainable funding for global humanitarian efforts. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware.
